How to verify my account

As part of our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding customer verification, we are obligated to confirm that our customers are over 19 and that no identity fraud is being committed. 

You'll need to provide a digital photograph of the below documents.

• A Photo ID (passport or driver's licence). This document must show the full name, date of birth, date of issue and expiration. Expired documents won't be accepted. 
• Selfie - A selfie of you holding the ID card.

For International Residents (including USA):

• Driver's Licence (all countries)
• Passport (all countries)
• NEXUS Card (USA or Canada)
• Global Entry Card (USA)

For Canadian Citizens and Canadian Permanent Residents:

• Driver's Licence
• Passport
• Citizenship Card (issued prior to 2012)
• Permanent Resident Card
• Provincial or Territorial Identity Card
• Provincial Services Card
• Secure Certificate of Indian Status
