How to close your account

If you'd like to permanently close your GGPoker.ca account, you can do so at any time.

Please note that you cannot create a new account in its place, and the account cannot be reinstated beyond that point.

You can permanently exclude your account through the Responsible gaming tab which can be accessed by clicking on your avatar, or if you'd prefer, send us an email any time to [email protected] and after confirming a permanent closure, we'll block it for you.
