Game Icon on desktop does not respond

Guide the user to uninstall the client from their machine and then download a new installer:

  1. Uninstall the game in the Control Panel
  2. Open Window Run (Win + R)
  3. Type %appdata%\[GGPokerCA]
  4. Delete [GGPokerCA] folder
  5. Download a new installer and proceed to install the GGPoker.ca app

If the problem persists after a complete re-installation, collect the following information and send the report to [email protected]

  • Nickname
  • PC Specifications / OS Information
  • Time of problem occurrence
