Game Icon on desktop does not respond
Guide the user to uninstall the client from their machine and then download a new installer:
- Uninstall the game in the Control Panel
- Open Window Run (Win + R)
- Type %appdata%\[GGPokerCA]
- Delete [GGPokerCA] folder
- Download a new installer and proceed to install the GGPoker.ca app
If the problem persists after a complete re-installation, collect the following information and send the report to [email protected]
- Nickname
- PC Specifications / OS Information
- Time of problem occurrence
