Downloading / Updating the game is stuck or too slow

This problem might occur due to the DNS server of the players’ machine

In this case, please guide the player to check if the DNS server of the machine has been changed to something like Google DNS.

If it is confirmed that the DNS server was changed, it needs to be returned to the default DNS server (Automatic DHCP) which is supported by ISP (Internet Service Provider)
