Why are some of my tables not working while others are running properly?

This problem mostly happens when your connection to the game server is unstable.

Please note that each table you play on has separate connections/routes to our game servers.

For example, from the image below:

If one of your tables is connected to Server1 and your other tables are connected to Server2, you may experience this situation.

If your tables continue to have delay issues, we recommend you close them to re-login. For such cases, we provide the Disconnection Extra Time (DET).
