How do I keep my account safe?

To keep your account safe simply:

• Do not store any of your login details in your email

• Never share your account information with anyone else

• Use a secure password that is at least 8 characters in length and a mixture of numbers and letters

• Use a different password to other online services

• Change your password on a regular basis

• Ensure that the device(s) you use to log in are clean and free from malware
