Is my account balance used for operational expenses?

We are required by our license to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you in the event of insolvency.

We hold customer funds separate from company funds in designated accounts. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency. 

This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: Basic Segregation.
