EV Cashout - Why was EV Cashout not applied to my hand?

Please ensure your hand has met the qualification requirements below:

• Players with 60% or higher pot equity after all live players have revealed their hole cards will be offered an EV Cashout.
• The game was Hold’em, Omaha and Rush & Cash Hold'em
• EV Cashout was accepted
• When there are multiple pots, EV Cashout is offered by combining all pots which you are eligible to win.
• If RIMT (Run it multiple times) and EV Cashout qualifications are met and you select RIMT, EV Cashout is negated and not offered.
