Fish Buffet - Can I be promoted/demoted more than 1 level at a time?

No, you will only ever be demoted (to the level below) or promoted (to the level above) at any one time.

Examples: Plankton can only climb to Goldfish / Goldfish can only be demoted to Plankton.
