I have a ticket that states it is irredeemable - why is this?

Please note that whilst the ticket is irredeemable this does not mean it cannot be used.

Irredeemable refers to the eligibility of the ticket being available for exchange into T$, C$ or cash.

Please click the drop-up (circled in red in the above image) on the ticket to find all eligible games where the ticket can be used.

Alternatively, open the relevant game lobby and select the event where the ticket can be used and register using your ticket.
