Your bonus package will be categorized under Slots, Live Casino, Casino, or All. You can simultaneously activate one bonus from the Slots, Live Casino and Casino categories. Activating a bonus package categorized as "All" will deactivate any previously activated bonuses from all other categories.
What is the Casino Bonus Ratio?
The Casino Bonus Ratio defines how your bets are divided between cash balance and bonus funds. For example, 80% Casino Bonus + 20% = 100% means that 80% of your bet will use bonus funds, while 20% will use your cash balance. This ratio also applies to how winnings are distributed.
What is the Max Casino Bonus Bet Amount?
The Max Casino Bonus Bet Amount is the maximum wager you can place in a single game round using a Casino Bonus. If your wager exceeds this amount, the portion of your bet surpassing the limit will not be covered by your bonus funds. Instead, it will automatically be deducted from your cash balance.
How do I earn Redemption Points?

How do I turn my Casino Bonus into Real Money?

If I buy bonus rounds in slots, do I receive Redemption points?
Yes, you will receive Redemption points if you purchase a bonus or feature within a game.
Why aren't my Redemption Points accumulating as expected?
If Redemption Points are not accumulating as expected, it could be related to the following.
If the win amount is between 90% and 100% of the bet amount, Redemption Points will not be accumulated. For example, betting Red or Black on Roulette. If you are still facing issues playing eligible games outside this scenario, please contact your local support team.

Can I extend my Casino Bonus expiry date if I do not use it?
No. A Casino Bonus expiry date cannot be extended for any reason. All Redemption points for the associated Casino Bonus must be collected within the specified dates.
