What is the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival?
Welcome to the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival, an exhilarating series of micro buy-in poker tournaments where players can win big with small investments. This exclusive event caters to all skill levels, offering a chance to compete for substantial prizes without breaking the bank. With diverse gameplay options and tournament formats, the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival is a thrilling opportunity to turn small buy-ins into monumental victories. We expect over 50,000 entries into this series, making it an event for the ages.
When does the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival begin?
The GGPoker microFestival events will begin on November 5. However, the Day 1 phases and Satellites for bigger tournaments will be available before this. Please check the microFestival tab on the WSOP @ GGPoker client for full event listings.
When does the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival end?
The final day is November 26, when the final table of the final event is played out.
How much guaranteed prize money will be won during the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival?
The WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival will award a minimum of CA$250,000 in tournament guarantees.
What will the buy-ins be at the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival?
Buy-ins will range from CA$2 up to CA$25, so there will be events for every player, no matter the size of their bankroll.
Satellites & Express Satellites will also be available.
Will Satellites be available for all events at the GGPoker microFestival?
All tournaments will have a way to satellite into them. While we plan to run traditional satellites for bigger events, not all events will have traditional-style satellites.
Express satellites will be available for every event in the GGPoker microFestival if you want to try and qualify for a fraction of the buy-in.
If I win a WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival event, do I get a special prize on top of the prize pool?
Tournament badges are not available for this series.
Where can I find a list of the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival events?
The full list of events is available in the WSOP @ GGPoker application under the WSOP @GGPoker microFestival tab. You will also find them in the regular Tournament lobby.
Will the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival have side events?
Yes, WSOP@ GGPoker microFestival will have side events loaded throughout the Festival.
What are the highlight events of the GGPoker microFestival?
Every WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival event is special. We have highlighted key events below:
- micro Ontario Bounty MILLION$ - CA$5.25 Buy-in, CA$20,000 GTD
- Omaholic Mystery Bounty MILLION$ - CA$21 Buy-in, CA$20,000 GTD
Mystery Bounty Main Event - $21 Buy-in, CA$100,000 GTD
Can I unregister or switch to a different event if I win a 'seat' in a satellite?
No - All seats awarded are 'must play', explained in the satellite's lobby. Players are responsible for ensuring they can play the target event they qualify for, as players cannot unregister or switch.
If I win a seat at a target event, I am already registered for what happens?
If you cannot use the seat as you are already registered or have used all available entries for the target event, you will receive T$ for the value of the seat. The tournament fee will be deducted from this amount according to our multiple satellites wins policy.
What happens if late registration for the target event has finished and I win a seat in a satellite?
Two scenarios are possible here if there is an identical target event at a later time, you may be registered for that event. If there are no viable target events, you will receive T$ for the total value of the seat with no deduction.
What is the policy on players winning multiple tickets to WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival Events?
Tickets are exchangeable to T$ in the days after the series concludes as long they have been won in pay-to-enter gameplay (satellites), excluding private/affiliate tournaments or freerolls. Tickets from promotions such as leaderboards, gift boxes, social media competitions, or gifted tickets of any kind are not exchangeable. They must be used for the intended event or expire without value.
I have multiple WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival satellite and event tickets of all different values. Can I combine them to register for a higher buy-in event?
No, this is not possible at present.
I have WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival tickets; when do they expire?
You can check the expiration date of any tickets in your account by logging into the WSOP @ GGPoker app and viewing your tickets in the My Page > My Wallet window. The expiration date of each ticket is displayed. Just to let you know, tickets may be for a specific target event before the expiry date; an unexpired ticket does not guarantee entry to an event. Also, unexpired tickets where events have already occurred can only be exchanged for Cash or T$ if part of our general exchange policy.
My WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival Tickets state they are 'irredeemable' - What does that mean?
When tickets are listed as 'irredeemable,' they can only be used for the specified event and cannot be exchanged for T$. If a ticket is marked as 'redeemable,' there is an option to exchange it for a set amount of T$ when it expires.
I want to sell some of my action for a WSOP @ GGPoker World Festival event - is this possible?
Players can sell up to 90% of their action in single-day events.
In phased/flighted or multi-day events - action can be sold on Day 2 (Final Day)
Will there be a leaderboard during the WSOP @ GGPoker microFestival?
There is no separate leaderboard promotion for this series.

- All dollar ($, C$, and T$) amounts are in Canadian currency (CAD).
- Please note that tournament prize pool guarantees are subject to change and some amounts listed on this website may not be current; please check the guarantee amounts listed in the tournament lobby of the app for up-to-date prize pool information.
- We reserve the right to modify or suspend the promotion at any time. GGPoker.ca standard rules apply.
- If any players fall under suspicion of fraudulent activity, GGPoker.ca has the right to investigate and remove the players once confirmed.
