Omaha - PLO5 - Maximum players per table

As of December 2023, the maximum number of players per table at PLO5 games will change from 6 players to 5 players.

Blind/Rake configuration will remain unchanged.

This change has been made as an anti-collusion measure due to the large number of hole cards displayed in each hand.
